Terms of Service — Sakura Focus

Agreement
By installing or using the Sakura Focus browser extension and its companion site (sakura-focus.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Sakura Focus is a Pomodoro focus-timer browser extension. A free tier is available, and a paid Pro upgrade unlocks additional features such as unlimited history, data export, more focus categories, and exclusive cherry blossom species.
Subscriptions & billing
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Manage Subscription in the extension, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases do not renew. All payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on any Pro purchase. Email us at the address below within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund via Lemon Squeezy. Refunds cover the full purchase amount only — we do not issue partial refunds. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 10 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or redistribute Sakura Focus except where permitted by law.
- Attempt to bypass subscription, billing, or licensing restrictions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Sakura Focus — including its software, branding, artwork, and content — is owned by Sakura Focus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sakura Focus if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm the service or other users. You may stop using Sakura Focus at any time.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakura Focus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the extension's release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
